Althought we'll mostly just call her Zhaan (pronounced zan... it's the name of a character from a TV show we liked). She's a lab/border collie mix that's about 3 months old. We adopted her from the humane society.

Awwww... my husband has been wanting a dog for quite awhile now. Think maybe he's happy?

Here she is playing fetch:

And here she is with another toy (I thought this would be nice to have for comfort):

She's such a cutie!

Hi Leisel -

Brenda here, from the Ribby KAL - you left a nice note for me on my blog and I've been looking all over for your email so I can respond! Couldn't find it, so I'll reply here - yes, I could use the yarn again, but I still wouldn't like the way the sweater looks on me - kinda boxy, you know?

And on another note, regarding you post from a few days back - I'm one of those readers guilty of not commenting... I often don't know what to say (but you could never tell by this long comment, eh?) or feel I'm saying exactly what everyone may have already said, so I figure why would the blogger want to read another repeat? But now, lesson learned (a few other bloggers I read have felt as you did) and I will comment freely!! Have a good one! (Enjoy your new pup!)

That puppy is SO cute! I'm glad to know too, that not blogging was never an option :)

Perhaps you should make some dog sweaters...Dogs in Knits is SUCH a cute book to browse through.

dog behavior trainingidea for your dog. If you're like most pet owners you don't want your dog peeing or pooping in your home. Sending you this linkhttp://maltesetrainer.com about dog behavior training for anyone that is having problems with their dogs. This is a simple idea that most people can use for their Doberman Pinchers. I don't want to get into a lot of detail about this simple idea for training your dog. Visit the web site if your tired of your dogs not listening to you.
